Description

  

Saturday - Drive to the Wakamarina (near Canvastrown) and do a day walk exploring the old gold workings, then carry on to the Onomalutu campground ($6 per person) and camp the night. The next day complete the Mt.Sunday/Mt.Riley circuit - 15km, approx. 1100m climb. Return to Nelson Sunday evening.
